Olores navideños🎄 (Esp-Eng)
Hola queridas amigas de hive!!! Me encuentro otras vez con ustedes compartiendo este espacio tan grato para mí. Esta vez para participar en el concurso #46 de @ladiesofhive con la pregunta:
¿Cuáles son sus tres olores favoritos?
Voy a contestar esta pregunta cocentrandome en la cocina, dejando claro que uno de los placeres de mi vida es la comida, sobre todo la comida navideña.
Está tradición familiar que desde pequeñita recuerdo es la hechura de las hallacas, siempre las hacíamos en familia, mi mamá era la capitana y todos nosotros sus hijos los ayudantes. Todo el proceso era espectacular y el olor es inolvidable, la limpieza de las hojas de platano para envolverlas, la preparación del guiso, de los vegetales, el aliño y la preparacion de la masa y finalmente armarlas, que eso le correspondía a mi madre y ella no permitía que nadie más metiera la mano al guiso. Amarrar las hallacas y por último la cocinarlas en la leña ese sabor de esas hallacas y ese olor es inolvidable.

Otro de los olores característicos de la navidad y demasiado delicioso, es el pernil de cochino relleno de uvas pasas, alcaparras, aceitunas, pimentón y una salsa muy especial, sal y bañado por fuera de la misma salsa que va directo para el horno.
Y como tercer olor característico está, el delicioso aroma del pan de harina de trigo con la levadura y relleno de jamón.
Muchos otros olores me encantan como el olor del desinfectante de manzana y canela, el olor a lavanda, manzana verde, siempre fueron mis favoritos a la hora de seleccionar un aromatizante para la casa. El olor de la loción Jean Naté. El olor del café y las galletas de la merienda. La colonia mennen que me recuerda a mis hijas cuando eran niñas.

I'm going to answer this question by focusing on the kitchen, making it clear that one of the pleasures of my life is food, especially Christmas food.
This family tradition that I remember since I was a little girl is the making of the hallacas, we always made them as a family, my mom was the captain and all of us, her children, were the helpers. The whole process was spectacular and the smell is unforgettable, the cleaning of the banana leaves to wrap them, the preparation of the stew, the vegetables, the seasoning and the preparation of the dough and finally to assemble them, that was my mother's job and she did not allow anyone else to put their hand in the stew. Tying the hallacas and finally cooking them in the firewood, the taste of those hallacas and that smell is unforgettable.
Another of the characteristic smells of Christmas and too delicious, is the pork leg stuffed with raisins, capers, olives, paprika and a very special sauce, salt and bathed on the outside of the same sauce that goes straight to the oven.
And as a third characteristic smell is, the delicious aroma of wheat flour bread with yeast and ham filling.
Many other scents I love like the smell of apple cinnamon disinfectant, the smell of lavender, green apple, were always my favorites when selecting a home freshener. The smell of Jean Naté lotion. The smell of coffee and cookies at snack time. The mennen cologne that reminds me of my daughters when they were little girls.

Ladies me encanta tu publicación...enternece mi alma por la época navideña, mi época favorita...mi época de luces, alegría, familia y comida...ya siento el aire navideño cada vez que brisa...esa hallaca y pernil abrieron mi apetito...tengo 3 navidades sin poder reunirme con mi familia...espero este año poder compartir junto a ellos...el olor del guiso...es inolvidable...las hallacas, el pan de jamón, ese suculento cerdo y los dulces....lucho por mantener la tradición en mi hogar de la cena navideña..sobre todo para educar a mis hijos y lograr su pasión por estas fechas tan importantes en unión familiar...olores únicos de tradición...saludos....
