Elisa was a beautiful young woman who every afternoon went fishing in the river, she spent hours sitting on the rocks, waiting to catch a fish to take home, this was the routine of this woman, but curiously she always came home empty handed. Her father did not understand why she was wasting her time this way, he even judged and criticized her because he thought she was not being a productive woman.

Despite the family's criticism, Elisa got up every morning, took her things to go fishing, prepared her wheelchair and with her father always arrived at the same place, the same river where she sat every day to fish, there she prepared the bait for fishing, She would get down from her chair and lean on her fishing rod to start waiting for a fish to take the bait, that scene was repetitive and even frustrating for her father, who, overwhelmed by that situation, always decided to leave her, because he thought that she was just wasting her time.

That same afternoon Elisa arrived home again empty-handed and her father asked her indignantly what had you caught, she answered him with a sweet look, today I managed to catch peaceful thoughts that give tranquility, before those words the father was ashamed and felt bad for having judged her without even putting himself in her place, because it is not an easy situation to be in a wheelchair and still always have the joy and motivation to continue.

The next day Elisa went fishing again, she arrived at the river, prepared the hook, patiently cast it and stayed all afternoon hoping to catch fish, but again she came home empty-handed, then her father asked her again what fish did you bring today? Elisa's father felt ashamed again and began to change his way of thinking, even his way of treating her, because he always judged Elisa for the time she wasted in the river, but he did not know that in reality she was fishing for dreams and moments of happiness.

One day Elisa arrived home very sad, crying because she had had a bad moment, she had fallen from her wheelchair and the rain did not let her move forward, her chair was stuck in the mud and she had no alternative but to return home, that day no matter how hard she tried she could not capture any feeling of hope, peace or tranquility, it had been a rainy afternoon and she could not find peace, she could not calm her mind, nor could she overcome her anxiety, the rain reminded her of the storm that was happening in her life and this made her feel bad.

Elisa came home very sad and her father realized that something was wrong, so he decided to talk to her and instead of asking her what she had fished, he explained that sometimes things just go wrong, but that the next day would come a new day where she could once again capture thoughts of hope and happiness, holding firmly to the promise that in the future everything will get better.

Elisa decided to keep going down to fish and although there were bad moments, she was always willing to move forward with her eyes fixed on the goal, Elisa decides to keep thinking about tomorrow where she will finally be able to walk, visualizing that moment, Elisa clings again to hope and keeps fishing for thoughts of happiness.

Hermosa historia amiga @tejimundo
