Hello my beautiful community, it's been a long time since I wrote here, and I was really lost, a series of circumstances have happened that have stolen my time and tranquility, also have made me reflect on many issues of my life and one of them and the most recent, I remember that when I had my first anxiety crisis, this affected me a lot and even caused me some depression, but eventually I managed to overcome it, today I have returned to those bitter days that I did not even want to remember.

About 5 years ago I had an episode of panic attack, which cost me a lot to get out, but progressively progressed and anxiety was something controllable in my life, then with the arrival of the pandemic everything got much worse, but I was still in control of my emotions and feelings, also the isolation led many to regress in their emotional pathologies, but I was still firm and I was proud of that.

Many came to feel anxiety and depression again, but I always stayed away, sometimes I tried to give me the symptoms of anxiety, but I always controlled them, everything was fine until two weeks ago, and I had such an emotionally stressful week that this pushed me to the limit and again I started with anxiety crises.

I remember that week, the first bad news or alarming news was the scandal of the cyclone and although that did not affect me emotionally, I have a relative who is too extreme and every so often called me to tell me that I had to take my mother out of the house for living in a high risk area, this relative also called my mother, and although I knew that nothing was going to happen, his insistence got me upset and I could not help but worry.

That same week a poisonous animal bit one of our dogs and completely inflamed his neck, tongue and mouth, that was something that put my nerves to the surface, because I thought that due to the large inflammation at any moment he could stop breathing, we literally had to run, to solve and that our dog did not die or drown, I remember that I looked at her constantly and I felt like crying because I did not see him breathing, this was a very distressing situation for me.

Finally, my mother called me that same week and told me that she felt bad, that her body hurt a lot and that apparently she had gotten sick with the virus, that took my nerves to the limit and I started to think the worst, it was something uncontrollable and I didn't know how to handle it.

In addition to this, other things happened that also affected me and everything contributed to me having an anxiety crisis again, now every time I go out again I feel anxious and want to cry, I know I have regressed, because I was in a public place and seeing so many people I started to feel drowned again.

It is hard when you think you have already overcome something and then you relapse again and after such a long time, but I guess that like the first time I will have to take strength, get up and keep moving forward, no matter that again I have to overcome the obstacles that I had already overcome.

Fuerza

Amiga, respira, respira profundamente y bloquea cualquier pensamiento negativo.
