Hola mi hermosa comunidad, hoy quiero hacer una catarsis que realmente no pensé hacer, y es que como dice el título contraje covid 19 hace una semana y realmente esto fue algo que me molestó mucho porque siento que de tanto nadar morí tontamente en la orilla.
Realmente me cuido, siempre salgo con mi cubrebocas, aunque los demás no lo lleven, pero el miércoles de la semana pasada cometí un grave error y tuve un descuido que realmente me salió caro y afecto a toda mi familia.

El joven que nos atendió tenía covid y lastimosamente no tenía cubrebocas ni cumplía las normas de bioseguridad, al igual que el kiosco de empanadas,pero yo tenía tanta hambre que no note ese gran detalle, creo que ya nadie le presta atención a este asunto del Covid y es difícil encontrar establecimientos que cumplan con las normas de bioseguridad.
Después de que el mal ya estaba hecho, realmente sentí un poco de miedo y más cuando imagine un posible contagio, pero trate de no darle importancia para poder seguir con los que deberes del día.

El viernes por la mañana empecé con una molestia en la garganta, pensé que era reflujo y no le di importancia, a eso de las cuatro sentí un poco de dolor y molestias musculares, pero pensé que era la fibromialgia, así que me tomé una pastilla y salí con mi esposo a hacer una diligencia. Cuando iba de regreso a casa, sentí un cansancio terrible y empecé a sudar como nunca, automáticamente volvimos a casa y yo tenía mucha fiebre terrible, además el dolor de cabeza y de cuerpo me estaba matando, tomé paracetamol hasta decir basta y no me hizo nada, por eso los primeros días fueron tan duros para mí.
Cuando vi que el paracetamol no me hacía efecto empecé a tomar ibuprofeno, esto me alivió un poco, he tenido demasiado dolor y fiebre, es un dolor que nunca había sentido, me afectó los hombros, el cuello y la cabeza más que nada y el esófago estaba tan quemado que me dolía el pecho, hoy tengo siete días con covid, siete días sin ver a mi madre, y sin poder atender sus necesidades, eso es algo que emocionalmente también me afecta bastante.

La mayor parte de mi enfermedad estuve encerrada en mi habitación, pase varias noches sin dormir porque el dolor de cabeza era literalmente insoportable y ni hablar de los dolores de estómago.He tratado de tomar mucho líquido, la fiebre ya se quitó, pero el dolor muscular es persiste al igual que el cansancio, tal vez el covid se vaya y me quede con los dolores, por el momento solo me queda esperar.
Un nuevo síntoma que tengo es inapetencia a la comida, y muchas náuseas cada vez que voy a comer, imagino que eso será normal, y también me quedo una tos fea y una comezón en la garganta, la debilidad se ha hecho notar, pues si por mí fuera pasara los días enteros en cama, hemos tomado sopas, jugos y al pasar todo esto espero tomar vitaminas.
Sé que este virus repite porque tengo amigos que les ha dado dos y tres veces el mismo mes, según me ha dicho la primera vez que da es para bajar las defensas y después ataca más fuerte, al salir de todo esto trataré de reforzar el sistema inmunológico y seguirnos cuidando para que no nos repita ese virus feo, por suerte mi esposo pudo atendernos, ya que se estaba cuidando para poder hacerlo, mi hijo también enfermo de Covid el día sábado , pero el día de hoy ya mi esposo consiguió el virus, ya yo estoy más recuperada para poder atenderlo, y de corazón espero que podamos salir de esto pronto.

I know that this virus repeats itself because I have friends who have had it two or three times in the same month, according to what I have been told, the first time it happens it is to lower the defenses and then it attacks stronger, when I get over all this I will try to strengthen the immune system and continue taking care of us so that this ugly virus does not repeat itself, Luckily my husband was able to take care of us, since he was taking care of himself to be able to do it, my son also got sick with Covid on Saturday, but today my husband got the virus, and I am more recovered to be able to take care of him, and I hope we can get out of this soon.

Hola bella @tejimundo. Esperando se sientan y esten super mejor. Realmente la gente ha bajado la guardia y el covid-19 anda por allí , no se ha ido, pero es invisible. Es una irresponsabilidad del que tiene el puesto de empanadas y no tomar las medidas de bioseguridad. Hay un tratamiento que escuche es muy bueno, pero primero debes consultar a tu médico y es la Azitromicina, tratamiento de cinco días, una gragea diaria. Cuídense mucho.

Querida Tejis, te pasó casi como a mí, nosotros nos enfermamos casi sin salir, por el trabajo de mi esposo.
Espero que sigas mejorando y que pronto este sea un capítulo superado. Cuídate y descansa mucho porque el bicho te tumba horrible, si no tienes ganas de hacer nada no lo hagas, lo más importante es descansar, a mi me pasó también lo de la inapetencia y es algo que no ha regresado al cien, pero bueno, espero que algún día recupere mi apetito completo.

Si amiga , gracias , si el virus ese, tumba a uno muy feo ,y si espero la inapetencia se me valla quitando poco a poco , de momento trato de comer lo que me provoca
Ayy amiga, no te sientas mal. Eso es un proceso normal, a todos en el planeta nos va a dar. A mi el covid me dio con fiebre de 40 y estaba también en combo con mi mamá. Esa mujer me mentó hasta que le supo bueno, porque yo se lo había pegado pero eso era algo que eventualmente iba a suceder 🤷♀ Todo pasa, importante como dices reforzar el sistema inmunológico.
