Fortune Favors The Bold (New Artwork)

Since the last week of December 2022, I madr thr decision to dedicate the first 2-3 weeks of January to creating art alone and with every artwork I complete, I get a very good feeling of accomplishment as I see the list of art ideas I had reducing as they come to life. One of the ideas I got last year was to create an art in the Block Tales series showing a person with bright glowing head playing cards with a dark devilish entity and around him are his disciples. This was a tough one to pull off as it involved so many people in the drawing which was different from many of my drawing with just a single entity. Well, it was cool to try on a new challenge as I believed it would be one of my normal adored works.

I had to make a sketch out first and started scribble put their forms and the details. I initially decided to name this piece "Your Turn" as with card games, but a closer look at the piece gave a more brilliant meaning to me, "Fortune Favors The Bold". This is due to the fact that the person with the glowing head seems bold enough to wanna take risks and play with the demonic entities. His posture is one of bravery and also, there's a Edvard Munch painting on the wall, which is regarded a fortune. Perhaps who ever wins, takes it home. Well, I loved every process of the creation of this piece and I hope you love it too.
