Well Hello There Fellow Technicians And Hivers!

Finally!

I am finally at the point of where I can re-fit this entire SUV back together and make it as good as new as it was when it left the factory!

Now in truth I've been aching to do this for a while now... not the actual work behind it but the fun of fitting all that back together!

It's going to be one amazingly frustrated adventure won't you say??

Frustrating for sure! It was!

What A Mission!

Oh boy oh boy!

This was a challenge! Certainly not as easy to put together as we did when pulling it apart!

No there was a sequence to installing everything! But that we figured out along the way!

See all those bushes making it extremely hard to re-fit everything into place since everything is under pressure. Although with a few spring clamps and jacks we managed to get everything in their places!

It's taking shape now hey!

This Mess!

Well before I can fit anything back really I need to sort out all this crap underneath here!

It ain't going to be fun at all!

Originally I didn't remove these... But after we saw the prop-shaft was also buggered and in need of a service. Well then I had to remove all this!

I'm damn glad I can get this behind me now!

Getting Ready!

I'm glad I decided to remove this differential this way, it certainly learned me a lot! Especially patience this one...

Yeah it was a huge struggle, I had a huge struggle re-fitting this thing.

However what I learned with this I'll carry over to the next one and the next and likely not make the same mistakes at all again.

Maybe by mistake but yeah. Lessons were learned!

The Biggest Mistake.

I broke a lot of bolts on this thing. Since most of the bolts I entered were under side torque.. if that's the right wording for it.

Remember it's a suspension system it needs to be suspended if you get what I mean. It's hard to explain what exactly I'm trying to say so I'd rather not try too much at all!

Anyways, she's done now and out of my life for good... No comebacks please!

Take note this is not a how to guide, merely myself talking about the work I do and my thoughts around certain things.

To everyone who made it this far into my post Thank you for the read and the support.

Most of all please leave a input in the comments below, whether is good or bad critic I would like to know, whether its your opinion or your way of doing things in a different manner I would like.

Greetings @technicalside I really admire people who do this kind of work, the disassembly and reassembly and reassembly, none of this is easy but the final work is what counts.
