Gaining Ground Against The Mongol Invaders! (Ghost Of Tsushima!)
Well Hello There Fellow Gamers And Hivers!
The Old Trading Post!
No this is not where we left off the last time! I did some playing around and forgot to get some recordings of that. However I won't be sharing a video today, more on the screenshots for now.
Anyways! The quest was simple, I had to find Yuna close to some fishing village, but I found myself contemplating if I should be clearing out this Old Trading Post first.
Safe to say that I didn't even think twice about it at all! I just went all out for it!
Oh and usually doing the duel thing is my go to! I thoroughly enjoy watching the animations of this game it's hella nostalgic in some weird way!
The Easy Fell First!
That's just the thing! The easy one decided to pick up his blade and come duel me! That made my entry so much easier yes, but catching one of the big chunkers up in a duel could have made it so much easier to start with!
Now I was left fighting off two brutes!
The hammer swinging biggest brute was just that, a brute... Easy to pick off, his companion with a full set of armor wielding dual swords was somewhat faster and harder to take down, although eventually he too fell!
Stocking Up On Loot!
It's not stealing if you fought for it right? Well anyways I wasn't going to leave behind the resources that was in the first place stolen from our people by the Mongol hordes!
I stacked up nicely on some Iron and Supplies! They should come in handy for future upgrades!
Plus now we have one more open trading post! Little by little we will rid this island of the Mongols!
Finding Yuna Is Priority
After clearing out the Trading Post I had to set off in search off Yuna, the meeting point wasn't far from here located South of Kechi fishing village.
So much has happened since the last time we saw each other that I don't even know if she is even alive anymore!
More Delay!
As I jumped on my horse and going steadfast to Yuna I was met with two bandit groups! The first one I let slip and ran past them with haste!
It was when I met the second bandit group where I decided to stop and slay these Mongols bandits! The roads were packed with them and each group I can cut down can make all the difference for the escaping citizens!
Traveler's Rest Inn!
Now somehow once again I found myself deep entwined in yet another standoff that turned into a battle!
The traveler's rest inn was occupied by the Mongols and so if I found myself in a battle I will fight it right there! Never turning away anymore!
Why always these peasant soldiers trying to come at me first with a duel?
Do they even know who they are facing off against? A true born Samurai!
Let's clear out this inn and gain some ground in this Mongolian war!
Thick Trouble!
At first I thought this was going to be a mere clean up and run through! My sorry ass thought I would only need to go up against three Mongol warriors but the more I cleared out the camp the more I ran into real Mongol warriors!
Men who have tasted blood and for a moment there I thought I would be tasting my own blood!
Finally I met up with Yuna, it seems that she was in a fight of her own!
Once I got to the fishing village she was busy slaying Mongols all around!
Now that this is out of the way we can proceed to searching for Yuna's brother again, a blacksmith and in these times they are worth more than gold!

One of the things I like most about this style of video game is the combat animations. Looking at your GIFs, the combat moments are absolutely stunning. This is one of the best video games I've ever seen, and its graphics are beautiful.
It's absolutely breathtaking im so many ways! I can simply not get enough of this!
To think this also isn't a new game at all, so just think how good it looked back in the day when it was released!
