A habit is a behavior pattern that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously. Habits are created in the brain by linking a new activity to an existing routine.

Habits are important because they can determine how productive we are, how healthy we are, and how happy we are. The key to forming good habits is making them easy to do and rewarding ourselves when we do them.

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit. - Aristotle

Habits are the building blocks of life. They’re the things we do every day without thinking about them, like brushing our teeth or taking out the trash. They can be good or bad: they can help us live a healthy lifestyle or they can lead to destructive behaviors like smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. The key is to form habits that are positive and beneficial for our health and well-being.

The science behind habits has been around for decades, but recent research has uncovered some new insights into how habits work in our brain and why forming good ones can be so difficult.

Creating good habits is a great way to improve your life. In order to form a good habit, you must be able to identify the triggers that make you want to do it and then create an action plan for yourself.

One of the most common habits that people form is exercising. This can be difficult because of the feeling of being tired or not having enough time. It is important to remember that exercising doesn't have to take a lot of time, it just needs to happen consistently. The key is finding what makes you want it and then making a plan for when those feelings come up in your day.

It's not an easy thing to do, but it's worth it. It's the small changes that make a big difference. It starts with one step. Good habits make all the difference.

It's time to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life, and pick up a good habit.⁣⁣

You gave a good point with exercising. I am on 3 months challenge going to the gym and so far, has been interesting experience. I talk to people at the gym and many of them said, time is always the problem but actually, it doesn't have to be that way. There are days when I just exercise for 50 minutes despite I plan on doing it for an hour a day. Just like you said, consistency is the key building habits.

Yeah, indeed @macchiata consistency is the key. I myself still fall victim of been consistent in some of the good habit I started.

We just need to try pushing harder for a better results.

If you are a person of a habit then it will be easy to form one, otherwise, just make a list of easy-to-follow things you can do fast and accurate, simply do it each day at a predicted time or time frame, and soon you will have a lot of easy and quick useful habits. If you have some bad one then estimate what causes it - you, time of a day, other people, or ambient in general.

Thanks for the comment @aschatria. You are right, among the best way to pick up or be consistent with a habit is to start easy and then gradually grow stronger in it.

There are some things I wish I could be consistent with to make good habits and definitely some bad habits I wish I would stop.

It does start with mush a step and some determination.

Nice read @techlhab ~
