Rafiki is an ai agent. It updates as we tag it. The vector database is tied to LeoAI and that is reading the blockchain. Rafiki is only paying attention to what it is involved with.
So using the tag and responding to it adds to the agents capabilities. Of course, this is all fed to LeoAI and that eventual chatbot that rolls out.
