Anger can destroy everything
Anger has a negative reputation when it is compared to positive emotions such as happiness, enthusiasm, and hope. It can even be a thought — but the character of anger is harm, the wish to harm that being or thing. Therefore it's a violent, intense mind. Attachment is usually described as like oil that seeps into cloth, because it's almost impossible to separate the attached mind from the article of attachment. within the same way, anger is described as like fire, because it burns every good quality completely. If getting angry at someone or something solves the matter, then by all means act. The consequence is you're only compounding the matter, and one thing will cause another, in the end, you’ll find yourself with an even bigger problem. a bit like you, I've got my fair proportion of angry moments, sometimes it's easier said than done.
The main point of concern is how does one feel at the tip of the day? And let me tell you, it finishes up with negativity, loss of something you simply have thrown away in anger, a weak relationship and also with a sense of low self-esteem and sadness. And what you get by expressing your anger, absolutely nothing.
Anger does nothing good to you or solves any problems but reciprocally, can destroy you and your relationships and also everything you would like in life. Not only physically, but it also demolishes your mental peace also. you're feeling exhausted, frustrated, irritated and really strong at a time, but soon you become sad and finished. Hence, it's considered as a self-killer or a destroyer of each good thing, because not at a time, but slowly it acts as a poison and might kill you internally by destroying your peace of mind.
