Celebrating my beloved husband's life

On January 27th, the man who was able to break through my fears and take me to the altar was born, 16 years ago. In addition, God blessed us with our two beautiful children, more than I could have ever dreamed of.

I wanted to spoil my love and since he always prepares breakfast, I made it a point to get up earlier than he did, so I could take care of that task. I didn't take care to set an alarm, so I would wake up every few minutes and check the time, but in the end, I did it.

Our days are usually filled with laughter and affection, but this time the attention was on the birthday boy.

As it is Friday, we left the children at their schools and went for a walk, this activity is something we enjoy together and it is very beneficial for our health.

We broke a new record, running 4.38 km in 11:57 min/km. At the end I was already feeling a bit tired, but it has been exciting every progress and that keeps us motivated.

For lunch I prepared a meal for my love with much love and in the afternoon I accompanied him to take my son to his karate-do class, I wanted him to feel that for me it is special every day that God allows me to be by his side.

For her part, my daughter made her a touching card and also made her a chocolate cupcake. I love that she always finds a way to give, I think she is a very rich person inside.

Every family birthday is celebrated at my mother-in-law's house, who, together with my brother-in-law, prepares delicious cakes, all of them with chocolate, my children's favorite flavor.

The good energy that is shared in every family reunion is immense, we talk with laughter, everyone has one or more anecdotes to tell... I am not exaggerating when I say that my mouth hurts from laughing so much.

It was time to sing "Happy Birthday" and my daughter said: "Finally we will eat cake! It's been three months since the last time; referring to the celebration before this one. At that moment, I asked my brother-in-law to take pictures of the four of us.

The honoree was happy, he likes simple celebrations, in the intimacy of his home.... Once it occurred to me to hire a show band with some garotas and he didn't thank me for it, even worse, he got annoyed. She also didn't like the time I sent her an arrangement of fruit to the office, the kind that looks like a bouquet of flowers and is beautiful and delicious. Anyway, she only likes it when we sing birthdays at our house or at her mother's house.

We were all really happy to eat again the delicious cake of this dynamic duo (my mother-in-law and brother-in-law), who do wonders, whether it is birthday cakes or Saturday meals, a fixed day to share with the family.

I thank God for each of these magical moments, because we live in harmony, in love, because we are healthy, because we can enjoy everything that life offers us.
