Oslo & Co : Caramel Macchiato

This is still a continuation of my Sunday after coming home from yoga. Of course, after sweating we need a fresh drink, especially after meeting various people, it makes my energy and mood drop, so I need iced coffee. and my choice is to come to one of the cafes that I have visited several times, Oslo & Co, that is the name of the cafe.

A nice and comfortable cafe, with simple decorations dominated by gray, friendly and good service, a very comfortable cafe. Unfortunately, when I was here, there were not many guests, there were even times when only my friend and I were here. Even though this cafe is very nice, the food and drinks they sell are also very delicious.

The menu selection here is quite extensive, not only coffee but also a variety of food and beverage options. There are heavy meals and snacks. For coffee, there are many choices, there are espresso, Americano, manual brew, there is coffee with creamy milk and additional syrup, coffee with cloud series. There are also various non-coffee drinks, such as milkshakes, matcha, Thai tea, sparkling series, juices and tea.

Caramel Macchiato

This time the drink I ordered was a caramel macchiato. A caramel macchiato is a sweet, layered coffee drink that combines strong espresso, smooth-textured fresh milk (steamed milk or cold foam), vanilla syrup, and caramel syrup. This composition creates a balanced coffee flavor: sweet at the beginning, followed by a strong espresso flavor, and ending with a distinctive touch of caramel.

A delicious blend of flavors: bitter coffee, sweet caramel syrup, and creamy, sweet milk. This drink is presented so beautifully that I can't bear to break the top.

But I have to crush it and stir it, because otherwise the coffee only has a bitter taste. But when mixed with this cream it makes the taste of nua coffee very delicious, sweet and bitter, but the sweetness does not dominate, so the taste of the coffee is still strong and delicious. nd the cream on top is very delicious, before I stir it I try the cream first, and it is very delicious, like the taste of cream on a cake.

I've always loved the coffee they sell, it's delicious. It's sweet and deliciously bitter. They use Robusta coffee, so the coffee has a minimal acidity, which is my favorite type of coffee. Even though they use sweet creamy milk, the coffee flavor still dominates. It's very delicious.
