Watercolor classes with my children, teach them art!

Hello friends, it is a pleasure for me to be able to share my experiences with my children with you, this time we were painting with watercolors, I have always liked drawing and painting, I learned most of the techniques watching my mother who is an Artisan, so always That inspires me to also motivate my children who love to make art.

My daughter has been drawing since she was very young before preschool age, her visual memory impressed me, since she would draw something that she had seen on some occasion, just seeing it once was enough for her to draw it, for this reason I think it is a gift and always the reason to practice and improve every day.

I started teaching them how to paint with watercolors and the use of the different brushes that I have at home, the first thing I did was paint a fruit, I learned the techniques of brushstrokes with it when I was younger, I painted an apple for my daughter and she I was explaining how to use the brush, so as not to damage the tips, as well as how to apply the water on the watercolor to dissolve it.

I explained to my daughter making an apple, and I let him make hers, to also explain to my son how to paint with watercolors without damaging the brushes, I explained to him how applying several layers leaves a better color and have a colorful landscape.

Then I went with my youngest son, who uses the brush for a little while, because then he started painting with his fingers, he's only 3 years old and you want to experience the textures and flavors, I told him you can't eat that 😂 because now I was almost going to try it, she also did her art with watercolor, she was excited painting.

Although they are activities that seem very simple, it is beautiful as a mother to be able to see how to apply what I have learned and how they develop on their own. This is a recreational activity where there is a connection between my children and me. It is quality time for both of us, it gives them joy. security and confidence in themselves, something that without a doubt we must always work for them to be totally free and happy.
