Series with faster shoes: December 5 2024

Thinking about the 10km from Friday which I would like to run fast, I took my fast shoes (Hoka Rocket X) to run series today. Indeed faster than usual and most importantly quite stable so I think I'll use them on Friday for the 10k which is a tricky distance for this kind of shoes. Injuries are absolutely to avoid in full cross season!
