Habits, Hobbits, Hobbits Habits!! They rhyme man, rhymes! Yea I’m out of my mind. Healthy habits!! Alright, let me find out all the good habits glancing through everywhere. Ooh, it’s my good habits you say! Mine! Okay, I’ll try doing that. Oh, I have a few good habits. I can name 3. Don’t worry they’re as funky as me; but my good habits, so obviously they’re funky.

Well, what did you think I would name every one of them in the first paragraph? Hahaha sorry to burst your bubbles. I'm at 30 Days Blogging Challenge Part - 1 | Day - 12. So let’s find out.

Never Skip A Meal

Well, I’m a foodie. But that’s not why I never skip a meal. But yea it’s a contributing factor. I almost always try to eat healthily and for those occasional times when I indulge myself with junk food or high-calorie items, I balance them out. And I also try to follow a few things regarding meals. I never fill myself up to the neck (What!! I don’t suffocate myself). I think I remember saying this earlier in another article that one of my cousins had said “I would rather die eating all that my heart desire and live about 50 than starve myself and live around 70). I had subconsciously followed it but that was the first time someone had spoken out about it out loud and I was a witness.

Sleep

Even though my migraine has been taking a toll on me, I try to sleep at least 5 to 6 hours each day. And if by any chance I do not get enough sleep during weekdays, I make it up during the weekend. Surprisingly, I have met people who barely sleep at all, active almost 18 hours a day with barely proper sleep, and still manages to function perfectly. Yes, it really bugs me a lot. I don’t know how you guys do it, I can’t.

Drink Water

No, no guys, I wouldn’t tell you about how great it is for your health to drink water. Nor will I list why it’s necessary to keep yourself hydrated. Do you see what I did right there? Yea, I already said a few that I “said” I wouldn’t mention. Okay on to the topic. Yes folks I try to drink around 5 liters of water daily. But I try to drink around 4 liters by 6 pm and around 1 or 1.5litre till I’m up. I don’t consume much water as it gets closer to bedtime.

I have mentioned all the habits that I keep up with. But I seem to have forgotten to mention the most important one. The most important habit that I follow is “Keeping myself happy.”

Guys?! That's a meme, not our life story. This I’ll say, it’s really very important to keep yourself cheerful almost all the time. Your mode and feelings have an impact on your overall health a lot. So do not feel down. There will be times when you’re depressed and angry, but just know how to get back to your old self, be cheerful
