Mini Dumpling Rolls Recipe 🌯 👉 With Ground Beef (In Peanut Drizzles)
Hello Hivers and #foodiesbeehive Community. Hope to find you all in good health and energy for this new week. Today I want to visit you all with my first posting in this community, bringing some simple recipe of a snack you all will love. It's simple but so crunchy and delicious if you put some little time to it for you and your family to enjoy something new.
Snacks are what most of us like eating when we are not eating real food or not too hungry but just needs to bite on something. And snacks too are what most kids crave on, wanting it at most intervals which was why I made this Mini Dumpling With Ground Beef, potatoes and peanut drizzle recipe for my girls.
This recipe does not need too much ingredients and will not take so much of our time making. We can choose to make them in small or bigger sizes according to our choice. And we can also choose to add any other vegetable we like to compliment the ones I used.
So how do we prepare this rolls guys and with what?
Ingredients:
300 g of wheat flour
half glass of creamy milk
1 teaspoon of margarine
4 teaspoon of premium sugar
11/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 small tubers of sweet potatoes
50 g of ground beef
half teaspoon of salt
half onion
1 reď hot peppers
Bit of oil
Steps To Preparation:
- We start by peeling the potatoes, cuting and dicing it in small cubes.
- The onion and the pepper sliced readly.
- We go on to mix our flour by pouring the flour in a bolw, adding our dry ingredients which are the salt, the baking powder and the baking sugar. We mix them for a while before adding the wet ingredients which are the margarine first, then the milk. These we will thoroughly mix into obtaining a dough.
- Once the dough is ready, refrigerate it for 30 minutes .
- And next we per boil the potatoe for about 5 minutes to soften it a bit for making filling sauce.
- Then we start frying our sauce by heating up the the pan and adding a little oil. We then add the red peppers, the potatoes, the onions and the ground beef gradually one after another. Make sure to keep turning the sauce to avoid sticking.
- Finally we add salt to taste, the soy cube, the curry and thyme for aroma and flavour . Fry for a while more and set it down.
- We get the dough out from the refrigerator and start the filling and wraping process by cutting the dough into small balls, rolling each ball flat with a hand roller, filling each with the prepared ground beef potatoe sauce and roll it up into this dumpling 🌯.
- Here our dumpling is ready and will go into the oven for 40 - 50 minutes on low heat.
- And see how beautiful it turned out guys. So golden and appetizing. A snack we can all enjoy at all times using tea or drinks.
- Giving this beauty a little creative look I decided to melt a little peanut butter and drizzle it on the dumpling. This is how my girls usually likes it. Hope you all love this yummy and will like to try it out.
