Lets Make A Cinnamon, Vanilla Flavorful Puff Rolls For Family Breakfast 🥐

The festive season is also fast approaching. A season we will want to bring something new to the table, treating our family with memories to always remember. So for my today’s recipe friends I made a lovely cinnamon, vanilla based tasteful puff roll loafs 🍞to share with you. It cane out well finished, delicious, soft and a bit crusty. So flavorful and aromatic of cinnamon and vanilla .

INGREDIENTS:
180 g of all purpose flour
1/2 glass of almond milk
1/2 glass of warm water
1 tablespoon of margarine
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of yeast powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt (pinch)
4 teaspoon of premium sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To prepare this puff roll loafs, I started by first soaking the yeast with the warm water, adding 1 teaspoon of premium sugar to enable the yeast rise well. Stir and covered for 5 minutes.
Step 2.
I will pour the flour into a bigger bowl, adding one tablespoon equivalent margarine🧈, added salt and the sugar .
Step 3.
To incorporate the margarine 🧈into the flour , I will use the tips of my fingers mixing them gradually.
Step 4.
Next I will add the cinnamon powder and the vanilla extract which are the base flavors for this puff rolls loaf 🍞. Mixing and inculcating
Step 5.
To form the dough for this loaf, I will then add the now risen yeast, stir it into the flour and also adding the almond milk 🥛. Gently I will knead to form a dough.
Step 6.
Next thing to do is to cut the dough into half equal parts, then into small sizes, oil the baking pan , then roll the cut sizes one by one. Placing them into the baking pan.
Step 7.
Once they are all rolled ready, I dusted the rolls with some cinnamon powder and keep it in a warm place for 20 - 25 minutes to rise.
Step 8.
Once risen, I will take the puff rolls into the preheated oven to bake at 200 Celsius for 20 minutes to bring to a crusty, delicious well baked puff roll loafs 🍞.
And its all ready with bursting flavors and aromas of cinnamon and vanilla. The kind of little loafs we can enjoy at breakfast, especially children will love 💕 it.
Allowing to cool properly, we will serve this beauty for breakfast to enjoy it with warm milk for children, tea 🍵, coffee ☕️ or juice for loaf lovers.
