Happy New Month lovely people of Hive Ghana Community. Blessings and wellness as we journey again in this month of March.

Its very important to note that tolerance is one key that helps us to move forward in life. Be it in the offices, business places, and even in sole trade, which is a one man business.

We as humans are born with different characters, that even as siblings, we can never behave alike. But tolerance is the only thing that can keep people together

A work place is the most important place where tolerance plays a major role. For a business to succeed, people have to cone together with one mind set towards the objectives of a set goal through which every individual puts his/her effort to achieving this set objectives. And for this to happen, people should put aside every attitude that will be a hindrance to achieving such set out goals.

A work environment should be orderly, every individual knowing that team work is what makes most businesses successful. Although sometimes issues of dispute may arise which is where tolerance takes effect, we should not allow individual differences to rear its heads concerning anything relating work because it brings set backs and damages which most times the company suffers.

Division of Labour most times help put every individual to check, not giving room to fighting, arguments, disputes, face -off , because work are shared in stages , everyone being assigned to a portion which makes a good work flow and team management. This also brings respect, organization, peace of mind and oneness to prosper and promote business environment.

However, we should learn how to be patience with people we we work with especially considering factors like experience -on -the -job, position as concerns work, age difference , maintaining peace with one another and being respectful. We should avoid envy, jealousy and gossip because these are the architects of pollution to work environment which makes tolerance impossible.
