Synagogue and Theater. [ENG/ESP]
Hello friends of Hive! Happy Friday, today I will show you two places that I recently visited, which are quite close to where I live.
Hola amigos de Hive! Feliz viernes, el día de hoy les mostraré dos lugares que conocí hace poco, que están bastante cerca de donde vivo.
First I want to talk to you about the Synagogue of the Argentine Israelite Congregation, when walking down the street where it is located it is impossible not to turn around to observe it since it is a fairly large and striking construction, the first congregation that was founded in the country in the year 1862, it was thanks to Henry Joseph that later when he died, his wife made a donation of money to the congregation where the land was bought to later build this temple that was inaugurated in 1932.
Primero quiero hablarles sobre la Sinagoga de la Congregación Israelita Argentina, al pasar caminando por la calle donde está ubicada es imposible no voltear para observarla ya que es una construcción bastante grande y llamativa, la primera congregación que se fundó en el país en el año 1862, fue gracias a Henry Joseph que luego cuando él fallece, su esposa hizo una donación de dinero a la congregación donde se compró el terreno para luego construir este templo que fue inaugurado en el año 1932.
Right in the block next to this synagogue is the Cervantes Theater, this is the only national theater in the country, it is a fairly large structure and I loved all the details on its walls, I took the opportunity and took close-up photographs to be able to appreciate the details that give a special touch to the theater.
Justo en la cuadra siguiente a esta sinagoga se encuentra el Teatro Cervantes, este es el único teatro nacional que hay en el país, es una estructura bastante grande y me encantaron todos los detalles en sus muros, aproveché y tomé fotografías de carca para poder apreciar los detalles que le dan un toque especial al teatro.
This was inaugurated in 1921, it was founded by the Spanish actress María Guerrero. This site is also known by the name of the Argentine National Theater, this happened because over time and the different directors who were in charge of the theater, they wanted to give it a name with a more sense of Argentine identity, since the Cervantes was Spanish.
Este fue inaugurado en el año 1921, fue fundado por la actriz española María Guerrero. Este sitio también se le conoce con el nombre de Teatro Nacional Argentino, esto ocurrió porque con el paso del tiempo y los distintos directores que estuvieron al mando del teatro, quisieron darle un nombre con más sentido de identidad argentino, ya que el Cervantes era español.
Thanks to the different Hive communities, to create quality posts, I am now more aware of the things and places that surround me, always thinking that I can write, that I can photograph. And thanks to this, I have discovered really interesting places with a lot of history and also this city has a lot of recreational places to get the most out of it. In today's case, these two places are two blocks from where I live.
Gracias a las distintas comunidades de Hive, para crear post de calidad ahora estoy más pendiente de las cosas y lugares que me rodean, siempre pensando que puedo escribir, que puedo fotografiar. Y gracias a esto, he descubierto sitios realmente interesantes con mucha historia y además esta ciudad cuenta con un montón de lugares recreacionales para poder sacarle provecho al máximo. En el caso de hoy, estos dos lugares están a dos cuadras de donde vivo.
