Savory Singara Pitha with Palm Juice and Coconut

As I am staying at home in the village, my mother made singara with palm juice for me today. Bhadra mas is actually in everyone's home amazing pithas are made with taal. My mother can also make very delicious pithas. Necessary ingredients:

★1 grated coconut
★Like the amount of polar rice powder
★1 jaggery
★Like quantity of palm juice
★Salt to taste
★2 bay leaves
★3 white cardamoms
★2 cinnamon sticks
★Water as needed
★You can optionally add milk for more taste

Method of making Singara:

First, I took the coconut in a pan, mixed it with bay leaves and white cardamom and put it in the clay oven for cooking.
