A unique fried recipe of gram and potato.

How to fry gram flour in a delicious way:

First I washed 150 grams of gram with clean water

Took 2 tablespoons garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste, 2 tablespoons cumin paste, two white cardamoms, one black cardamom

I cut two potatoes into small pieces

I took salt, turmeric, dried chilli powder and a bay leaf in moderation

I took 1 cup chopped onion

I fried onion with soybean oil

I have taken the potato and onion pieces in the gram

In the meantime, I moved all the other materials

After that I boiled it with two cups of water and cooked it for 10 minutes on low heat

After 10 minutes, when the water is completely dry, stir it a little and it is ready to eat

Then the chhola bhaji was made completely and I was able to serve it for eating
