Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que su día haya sido maravilloso, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios feliz de poder compartir con ustedes mas recetas deliciosas, aun me encuentro aprendiendo a cocinar delicioso por ende no dude en hacer un almuerzo diferente en casa, en esta oportunidad se trata de papas y pechuga de pollo al horno con vegetales y salsas, un almuerzo completamente delicioso, sano y muy colorido, espero que disfruten viendo esta receta y la prueben en casa!

Lo primero que hice fue pre calendar el horno 180 grados, mientras comencé a picar las papas y cebollas en rodajas, en un bol de vidrio coloque la cebolla de fondo, por encima coloque las rodajas de papa con un poco de aceite, sal, pimienta y orégano, luego pique las pechugas de pollo las cuales les aplique salsa de ajo, por ultimo lo coloque el pollo encima de las papas y lo coloque en el horno por 15 minutos.

Mientras se comenzaba a cocinar nuestra preparación procedí a realizar la salsa que cubre el pollo con las papas, pique dos tomates y les raye queso duro blanco, le agregue un huevo, una cucharada pequeña de salsa napolitana y una cucharada de mayonesa.

Luego de 15 minutos sacamos la preparación del horno para añadirle la salsa que realizamos previamente, la preparación se vuelve a meter al horno por 20 minutes mas y listo, solo queda estar pendiente de que no se cocine demás, esta receta es una excelente opción para compartir en familiar y disfrutar de una rica comida, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mi!
