My tips for not giving up on Hive! 🐝❤️📝 [ESP-ENG]

Hola linda comunidad! Espero que se encuentren de maravilla y que su día haya sido muy productivo, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios, una vez mas uniéndome a este concurso semanal de esta hermosa comunidad dedicada a mujeres fuertes, guerreras, emprendedoras y con mucho que demostrar aquí en Hive, en esta ocasión estaré respondiendo las siguientes interrogantes:
1️⃣ Escenario 1: Una amiga de reputación 52 dice que ya no quiere seguir activa en Hive, alegando que no puede dedicarle tiempo, que la moneda está muy poco valorada y que sólo unos pocos leen sus mensajes. ¿Qué podrías hacer para animarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos de escritura? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otros?
2️⃣ Escenario 2: Una chica con reputación 58 está frustrada porque su último post ha sido votado a la mitad por una cuenta de Watchdog que la acusa de plagio. Se enfada y jura abandonar Hive. ¿Qué podrías hacer para ayudar a resolver la situación? ¿Decirle que se relaje? ¿Otra cosa? ¿Pensamientos?

I hope you are doing great and that your day has been very productive, I am excellent thanks to God, once again joining this weekly contest of this beautiful community dedicated to strong women, warriors, entrepreneurs and with much to prove here in Hive, this time I will be answering the following questions:
1️⃣ Scenario 1: A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other?
2️⃣ Scenario 2: A reputation 58 girl is frustrated over her last post having been downvoted to half it’s payout by a Watchdog account accusing her of plagiarism. She becomes angry and vows to quit Hive. What could you do to help resolve the situation? Tell her to relax? Other? Thoughts?

1️⃣ ¿Qué podrías hacer para animarla y ayudarla a seguir intentándolo? ¿Consejos de escritura? ¿Gestión del tiempo? ¿Otros?
Creo que todos pasamos por esta misma situación en algún momento, o al menos yo pase por la desesperación de esforzarme y no recibir tanta atención en mis post, más, es un error común en nuevos hivers, hay ciertas cosas que debemos de hacer para lograr nuestro objetivo, sí que estos serían mis consejos según mi experiencia:
No tener tiempo para redactar, bueno es entendible que quizás el trabajo u otras responsabilidades nos dificulten el redactar para Hiver, para ello hay comunidades como Liketu por ejemplo, el cual es ideal para las personas que no tienen mucho tiempo, pero aun así desean subir contenido de calidad, también está la organización que se tenga, si eres una persona que sabe administrar su tiempo podrás conseguir un espacio pequeño para escribir un poco y seguir activa.
La moneda está muy baja, algo que debemos entender al iniciar en Hive es que estamos hablando del mundo de las criptomonedas donde un día pueden subir y otro bajar, es muy relativo, aunque el Hive es una excelente cripto que sabe mantener un buen precio hay días buenos y otros no tanto, así es el mundo de las criptomonedas y no cambiara, siempre es bueno seguir subiendo contenido para ir creciendo tomando en cuanta lo que acabo de mencionar.
Pocas personas leen tus post, bueno querida amiga, todo se trata de hacer comunidad, leer los post de otros y brindar apoyo, rebloguear, hacer publicidad, mientras mas apoyes a otros hiver ellos también te brindaran ese apoyo, esto creo que es una de las cosas más hermosas de Hive, el conectar con personas de todo el mundo y brindarnos apoyo, además de eso también hay otros detalles como el hacer una buena portada en tus post, tener buena ortografía y conexión con las personas, además de publicar tu contenido en las comunidades correctas.
Por último la creatividad juega un papel muy importante, debemos abrir nuestra mente y entender que todo puede ser un tema muy interesante el cual desglosar y debatir con otros hivers, otra super ventaja de Hive es que tienes muchas comunidades donde explotar tu creatividad!.

I think we all go through this same situation at some point, or at least I went through the despair of striving and not getting as much attention in my post, more, it is a common mistake in new hivers, there are certain things we must do to achieve our goal, yes these would be my tips in my experience:
Not having time to write, well it is understandable that perhaps work or other responsibilities make it difficult for us to write for Hiver, for this there are communities like Liketu for example, which is ideal for people who do not have much time, but still want to upload quality content, there is also the organization that you have, if you are a person who knows how to manage your time you can get a small space to write a little and remain active.
The currency is very low, something we must understand when starting in Hive is that we are talking about the world of cryptocurrencies where one day can go up and another down, it is very relative, although the Hive is an excellent crypto that knows how to maintain a good price there are good days and others not so much, this is the world of cryptocurrencies and will not change, it is always good to keep uploading content to keep growing taking into account what I just mentioned.
Few people read your posts, well dear friend, it's all about making community, read the posts of others and provide support, reblogging, advertising, the more you support other hiver they will also give you that support, this I think is one of the most beautiful things of Hive, connecting with people around the world and provide support, besides that there are also other details like making a good cover on your post, have good spelling and connection with people, in addition to publishing your content in the right communities.
Finally creativity plays a very important role, we must open our mind and understand that everything can be a very interesting topic to break down and discuss with other hivers, another super advantage of Hive is that you have many communities where you can exploit your creativity!.

Este tema es un poco delicado por el hecho de que es nueva en Hive y casi siempre a los nuevos los mantienen en la mira, algunos no leen o buscan saber las reglas y acuden al plagio, por ende lo primero que haría sería recordarle o mencionarle las reglas, luego intentaría verificar si realmente fue plagio o un mal entendido, lo importante es mantener la calma y el respeto, si realmente esta chica no hizo plagio entonces debe aclarar su punto de vista y no volver a cometer el mismo error confuso e indagar más sobre las reglas de cada comunidad en general.

This topic is a bit delicate due to the fact that she is new to Hive and almost always newbies are kept in the spotlight, some do not read or seek to know the rules and resort to plagiarism, therefore the first thing I would do would be to remind her or mention the rules, then try to verify if it really was plagiarism or a misunderstanding, the important thing is to remain calm and respect, if this girl really did not plagiarize then she should clarify her point of view and not make the same mistake again confused and inquire more about the rules of each community in general.

Siempre hay, por los menos 1 hora libre al día, tomarla para entrar en hive, visitar contenidos, comentar y apoyar. Por lo menos, así lo veo yo.
Pensar en largo plazo, mantener consistencia y disfrutar de lo que deseas publicar.

Hola amiga, creo que diste en el clavo con los consejos más relevantes para hacer vida en hive. Mi favorito y el que me ha funcionado desde que lo hago es interactuar y leer el contenido de otros con más frecuencia, me ha ayudado con algunos seguidores y por ende más posibilidades de que me lean también.
Con respecto a lo del plagio en mi caso siempre leo muy bien las reglas de cada comunidad para publicar porque tal vez sin querer se comenten errores, aunque no me ha pasado se de varios que si.

@sugarelys, muy analítico y reflexivo tu post. Tan solo voy a exponer que un plagio "así la mona se vista de seda", es una malversación del talento personal, con el crecimiento vertiginoso todo se detecta. Los parches o reparaciones son cicatrices que se muestran en el alma.

Siempre es bueno tener el acompañamiento en trabajos como este, pues se generan tantas molestias producto de la misma ignorancia de como funciona hive, que son muchos los que abandonan

Excelentes consejos. Al principio Hive puede ser complicado para un nuevo. Es normal, por eso mismo es bueno estar en contacto con personas que nos apoyen y nos guíen. Hacer comunidad es primordial.
