Hola hivers! Como han estado? Espero que bien y que su día este cargado de las mejores vibras! Yo estoy contenta de poder escribir sobre esa bebida a la cual llamamos tradición, por que si algo es particular en cada hogar venezolano es el café, uno de los mejores momentos del día es justamente cuando amanece, despertamos y esta la casa inundada de ese delicioso aroma, luego ir por una taza y disfrutar de los primeros rayos del sol
Me complace ser parte de este tag creado por la hiver @brujita18 quien nos preparo una serie de preguntas relacionas con el café, antes de comenzar me gustaría invitar a @ileart para que se una también!
Hello hivers! How have you been? I hope you are well and that your day is full of the best vibes! I am happy to be able to write about that drink we call tradition, because if something is particular in every Venezuelan home is coffee, one of the best moments of the day is just when the sun rises, we wake up and the house is flooded with that delicious aroma, then go for a cup and enjoy the first rays of sunshine.
I am pleased to be part of this tag created by the hiver @brujita18 who prepared a series of questions related to coffee, before we start I would like to invite @ileart to join too!
☕️ ¿A qué edad empezaste a tomar café?
No recuerdo exactamente la edad pero si se que desde muy niña lo comencé a tomar, podría decir que desde los 6 o 7 años de edad, me gustaban tanto el café oscuro como el café con leche, pero tengo un recuerdo muy claro y es de mi abuela paterna haciéndome café con leche todas las mañanas justo después de levantarme, crecí viendo como el café era parte de nuestra vida cotidiana, pero debo decir que me atraía mas el café con leche ( como a cualquier niña o niño ).
☕️ At what age did you start drinking coffee?
I don't remember exactly how old I was but I do know that I started to drink it as a child, I could say that from the age of 6 or 7, I liked both dark coffee and coffee with milk, but I have a very clear memory and that is of my paternal grandmother making me coffee with milk every morning just after getting up, I grew up seeing how coffee was part of our daily life, but I must say that I was more attracted to coffee with milk (like any child).
☕️ ¿Cómo prefieres el café?
Bueno aquí en Venezuela solemos preparar distintos tipo de café para todo un día así que estoy acostumbrada a todos esos sabores, como por ejemplo: En las mañanas muy pero muy temprano es un café fuerte, bien oscuro o cargado como también lo es un buen café con leche, a mitad del día puede ser lo que sobro de este café cargado con algo de vainilla o canela y al atardecer casi noche toca uno que le llamamos " guarapita de café " el cual es muy liviano y viene acompañado de galletas
Mas últimamente he probado otras maneras de hacer el café como por ejemplo con leche condensada o chocolate, así que prefiero el café tal cual como es, delicioso y diversificado.
☕️ How do you prefer your coffee?
Well here in Venezuela we usually prepare different kinds of coffee for a whole day so I am used to all those flavours, for example: In the mornings very, very early in the morning it is a strong coffee, very dark or strong, as well as a good coffee with milk, in the middle of the day it can be what is left over of this coffee with some vanilla or cinnamon and at dusk almost at night we have one that we call "guarapita de café" which is very light and comes with biscuits.
But lately I have tried other ways of making coffee, for example with condensed milk or chocolate, so I prefer coffee as it is, delicious and diversified.
☕️ ¿En qué sientes que te beneficia el consumo de café?
Antes era solo algo cotidiano en mi vida pero luego entendí que mas allá de ser solo una bebida tradicional tenia sus grandes beneficios, claro consumiéndolo moderadamente ya que en exceso puede tener consecuencias, mas es excelente contra el dolor de cabeza cuando descubrí esto fue como iluminar mi vida, contiene antioxidantes, da energía lo cual es perfecto para cuando necesitamos un empujón extra en nuestro día a día, ademas es placentero, tomar café es una de las mejores sensaciones que existe, es una divinidad de momento jaja el café te brinda paz.
☕️ How do you feel you benefit from drinking coffee?
Before it was just an everyday thing in my life but then I understood that beyond being just a traditional drink it had its great benefits, of course consuming it moderately because in excess can have consequences, it is excellent against headaches when I discovered this was like lighting up my life, contains antioxidants, gives energy which is perfect for when we need an extra push in our day to day, it is also pleasant, drinking coffee is one of the best sensations that exists, is a divinity of moment haha coffee gives you peace.
☕️ ¿Cuántas veces consumes café al día?
Me impresiona haber pasado de consumir 5 o 6 tazas de café al día a solo 2 o 3 pero es necesario, actualmente solo consumo esa cantidad y me parece perfecto, esta decisión la tome iniciando este año 2021 ya que decidí comprometerme con mi odontóloga a mejorar mis dientes y mi diseño de sonrisa, por ende el consumo de café tenia que ser menos ademas de que todo en exceso es dañino, igualmente no me quejo, tomar café 2 veces al día se ha convertido en los momentos mas esperados y placenteros.
☕️ How many times do you drink coffee a day?
I am impressed to have gone from consuming 5 or 6 cups of coffee a day to only 2 or 3 but it is necessary, currently I only consume that amount and I find it perfect, I took this decision starting this year 2021 since I decided to commit myself with my dentist to improve my teeth and my smile design, therefore the consumption of coffee had to be less besides that everything in excess is harmful, however I am not complaining, drinking coffee 2 times a day has become the most expected and pleasant moments.
☕️ ¿Crees que el café es una tradición familiar en tu familia?
Sin duda alguna lo es, bueno, mejor dicho es una completa tradición Venezolana! tanto así que incluso en mi hogar aun se prepara el café con un colador de tela, mi abuelo paterno lo hace desde cero, le gusta quemar el grano el mismo y crear su propio café desde casa, apenas hace unos meses aprendí a usar esta maquina pero nada se compara a realizar el café de la manera antigua, volviendo a la pregunta, creo que si me levanto un día muy temprano y salgo a caminar por mi residencia cerca de las casas puedo oler el café que sale de cada cocina, el café es mas que tradición, el café es familiar, es unión, es energía, es arte, es paz, es tradición Venezolana!.
☕️ Do you think coffee is a family tradition in your family?
Without a doubt it is, well, rather it is a complete Venezuelan tradition! So much so that even in my home we still prepare coffee with a cloth strainer, my paternal grandfather makes it from scratch, he likes to burn the beans himself and create his own coffee from home, just a few months ago I learned to use this machine but nothing compares to making coffee the old fashioned way, back to the question, I think that if I get up very early one day and go for a walk around my residence near the houses I can smell the coffee coming out of every kitchen, coffee is more than tradition, coffee is family, it is union, it is energy, it is art, it is peace, it is Venezuelan tradition! .
