Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que su dia haya sido muy productivo, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios contenta de poder escribir sobre este tema, hoy estaba pensando en como he evolucionado en lo que va de año, como voy cambiando mi manera de pensar, los proyectos en los que estoy y como me esfuerzo para no volver a caer, entonces me di cuenta que hago en mi día a día una serie de cosas que me ayudan a ser así, entonces decidí escribirlo, les hablo muy en serio cuando les digo que hacer estas cosas me hacen ser una persona mas feliz y progresiva!

✔️ Tengo mas metas y ambiciones

Este ultimo año he notado que voy evolucionando poco a poco, incluso hoy me considero mas madura que ayer, y mientras mas pasa el tiempo no dejo de pensar en todas las cosas que quiero lograr, en los sueños que quiero cumplir como poder estudiar aun mas, viajar, hacer felices a mis seres amados y generar mas dinero, me di cuenta que las personas que realmente progresan son esas que jamás dejan de tener metas.

This last year I have noticed that I am evolving little by little, even today I consider myself more mature than yesterday, and as time goes by I keep thinking about all the things I want to achieve, the dreams I want to fulfil such as being able to study even more, travel, make my loved ones happy and generate more money, I realised that the people who really progress are those who never stop having goals.

✔️ Cuido mi salud física y mental

Algunos pensaran que esto es una tontería pero no lo es, el hacer ejercicios ya sea solo saliendo a caminar nos brinda múltiples beneficios para el cuerpo, no hablo solo del cuerpo por fuera si no de la mejoría en nuestro ritmo cardiaco, circulación de la sangre y liberación de endorfinas, cuidar de nuestra mente también es importante para progresar, mentalmente suelo hacer lo que explicare a continuación.

Cuidar de mi mente se ha vuelto una gran prioridad para eso tuve que cambiar la manera de percibir mi entorno, comencé a ver las cosas desde distintos puntos de vista, a ser mas positiva, a alejar todo lo toxico, como vicios y personas, aprendí a poner limites sanos y a valorarme un poco mas que antes, créanme que al vivir así puedo decir que soy una persona feliz, vivo en paz y agradeciéndole a Dios por todo lo que me brinda.

Taking care of my mind has become a big priority for that I had to change the way I perceive my environment, I began to see things from different points of view, to be more positive, to keep away everything toxic, such as vices and people, I learned to set healthy limits and to value myself a little more than before, believe me that by living like this I can say that I am a happy person, I live in peace and thanking God for everything he gives me.

✔️ Entiendi que los fracasos no son solo eso

De hecho creo que esa palabra debería dejar de existir, perder en algo no es fracasar es simplemente un aprendizaje mas que puedes tomar para ser mejor, intentarlo de nuevo o simplemente verlo como un reto mas en tu vida, los llamados fracasos no son mas que pruebas para hacernos más fuertes, para enseñarnos a no confiar en que todo será fácil, que debemos ser fuertes y valientes, cada caída tiene un propósito y ser propositivo es tener crecimiento personal!

In fact I think that word should cease to exist, losing at something is not a failure, it is simply a learning process that you can take to be better, try again or simply see it as a challenge in your life, the so-called failures are nothing more than tests to make us stronger, to teach us not to trust that everything will be easy, that we must be strong and brave, every fall has a purpose and to be purposeful is to have personal growth!
