Espero que estén bien y que su día haya sido muy productivo, yo me encuentro excelente gracias a Dios feliz de poder mostrarles mi rica cena de hoy! realice unas hamburguesas con papas al horno, me gusto mucho el resultado ya que es una comida completa, y por supuesto fue mas saludable que pedir una hamburguesa por ahí, espero que les guste como la he preparado y se animen a comer hamburguesas caseras!

Para hacer la carne le agregue la cebolla previamente picada, raye una zanahoria, luego le agregue las especies, con las manos lo amase hasta obtener una consistencia buena y luego lo puse a cocinar con algo de aceite, no tiene que ser mucho pero tampoco poquito, digamos que mas o menos aceite, esto a fuego lento para que pueda cocinarse bien por dentro.

To make the meat I added the previously chopped onion, grated a carrot, then I added the spices, with my hands I kneaded it until I got a good consistency and then I put it to cook with some oil, it doesn't have to be a lot but not too little either, let's say more or less oil, this over a low heat so that it can cook well on the inside.

Mientras se preparaba la carne hice el acompañante, pique bien unas cuantas papas y las bañe en caite con pimienta, orégano y sal, las metí al horno hasta que las vi dorarse.

Una vez lista la carne procedí a armar mis hamburguesas, coloque la carne, luego el queso, la lechuga, las salsas, tomate y cebolla, por ultimo saque las papas del horno y procedí a armar mi cena!
