Espero que muy bien, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes como preparo mis huevos revueltos por la mañana, para serles sincera no recuerdo la ultima vez que hice huevos revueltos solos, desde que existe el tomate y la cebolla son vegetales que siempre acompañan a mis huevos, adicional me gusta usar los ajís dulces, perejil o especias, creo que es una manera colorida, sabrosa y saludable de comenzar las mañanas, me gustaría saber que opinan ustedes? Como les gusta comer sus huevos revueltos?!.

En un bol partí la cascara y añadí los huevos para batirlos e incorporarles aire así lograre darles una consistencia mas esponjosa al cocinarlos, también pique finamente mis vegetales, en una sartén antiadherente aplique una cucharada de aceite de coco para cocinar y espere un minuto a que calentara.

Toda la preparación de estos huevos revueltos tiene que ser a fuego bajo, una vez la cebolla comienza a cristalizarse o volverse translucida es momento de agregar los huevos previamente batidos, poco a poco revuelvo los huevos con los vegetales y al final agrego algunas especies como sal y pimienta, amo con locura cocinar mis huevos de esta manera, creo que comería este desayuno toda mi vida jaja.
