Hoy en día las casas modernas y con cierta estética tienen por lo general aspectos que el dueño quiere conseguir en cada apartado de la casa. La cocina con alguna modificación, los equipos que sean eléctricos, empotrados en la pared, la mayoría de las cocinas de hoy en día son o negras o blancas, todo en conjunto con los muebles de la cocina las esquinas van de corrido y el piso de mármol o granito, o por lo general diferente al resto de la casa.

Las neveras y la cocina y horno van empotradas en los muebles de la pared. Algunas cocinas no cuentan mesa dentro, las antiguas sí, pero las modernas es raro verlas así, si tienen una barra en el medio con algunos banquitos minimalistas. Las luces son modernas también bien sea de foco corto o de lámparas colgantes. Otra cosa que me dejó impresionado estos días es una nevera inteligente, se conecta con wifi y manda una notificación al móvil si falta algo en la nevera.

Con tu teléfono puedes colocar en el refrigerador algo para congelar y colocas una notificación para que cuando esté listo te avise, y lo hace, que loco. La nevera tiene panel digital y por dentro tiene un compartimiento que es invisible, y puede cambiar de colores dependiendo de lo que el consumidor quiera. Obviamente eso debe costar un dineral, pero si lo crearon es poque alguien lo va a necesitar. No solo la nevera es inteligente, la casa completa se puede colocar inteligente también, solo basta con algunas modificaciones.

Otros dueños requieren de un cuarto personalizado, generalmente es el propio, un buen diseño en una buena dimensión es la combinación perfecta. La pintura del cuarto también juega un buen papel en ver todo como se quería, no cualquier color da el mismo resultado. Algunas personas no le dedican mucho al cuarto en general, pero si prefieren un closet bajo perfil de los modernos, de los que ocupan al menos dos paredes y todo se ve en armonía con el cuarto, no todo se ve a primera vista, algunos hasta lo ocultan y colocan espejo para probarse todas las ropas dentro del armario.
