She thought Ali in pizza restaurant, if she married a musician her life would be exciting, the fame, the concerts, the travel, she didn't pretend to be a breadwinner because she liked to earn her money by herself. But she wanted to fall in love with passion and musicians are so romantic in their songs how would it be in real life? Listening to their tunes live every day.

When they finished eating dinner Ana and Ali said goodbye without saying much, the next morning Ali in her mind started to make accounts of all the expenses she had to make to go to London, the ticket, the rent and the money to buy food, get a job that would be enough to survive... she worked until this week what she was going to earn the month was enough to complete the ticket, but she needed the money to pay for a room and food for at least 1 month, while she got a job. Where would she get such money? That distressed him.

He thought about selling some gold chains he had and rings, he would also have to sell some personal things but that were not going to be necessary in his trip, like his camera, his tablet... he made a list of all these things. He did not like to accumulate debts, but he had to borrow money and when he was stable he would pay off his debts. He did all the research on how to get his papers to be legal and finally he did a marathon of English romantic movies. He had a record of watching Pride & Prejudice, he even knew the dialogue.

Time went by and despite the money she had collected, it was not enough to pay for her living expenses while she got a job in London. She was frustrated because she had taken advantage of some discounts on flights and bought the ticket, it was only a week away. She had come so far, it was so unfair. She picked up her headphones and just listened to her new obsession The Williams, as she let herself be carried away by the musician's guitar, she remembered something, a little treasure.

She took off her headphones and went running to her closet, pulling out a guitar case, when she was a child her grandmother who had passed away had left her that inheritance, her grandfather was a guitarist and had gotten a famous Canadian artist to sign his guitar for her. She looked for the musician's signature and wondered how much they would pay her for the autographed guitar. For God's sake he couldn't sell it, it was the only thing he had left of his grandfather's, he couldn't do that.

However, he was going to leave the country and that guitar would remain in the closet with dust, the best thing was to take advantage of it, but who knows how hard his grandfather had worked to get the autograph. He would do one thing, he would find out the price of the guitar just to know the value of the guitar just out of curiosity, but he would not sell it.

Chapter 2: El regalo del abuelo

Part 2
