5 Minute Freewrite: Bag Lady

Bag Lady

I accidentally started typing vag instead of bag. Vag lady. Lady with a vag. Bag lady. Lady with a bag. I have a lot of bags. Everyone does these days. Those reusuable bags. I see them come in our Buy Nothing group fairly often. We get them free from utilities companies, the library, swag bags from tv shows. Well, I don't think Brendan and I have any from tv shows, but I see them come up. And actually, we do, we have bags from Comic-Con that advertise shows. Bags bags bags. We also have a lot of plastic bags from grocery stores, too. Those one we use as bathroom trash bags, or to give stuff to people in the Buy Nothing group, or just to haul stuff around, like toys when we go to the beach. Bags vags. Can't say that rolls off the tongue. I'm tired. Lochlan woke up before 3am. I changed his diaper and told him it was still the middle of the night and he needed to go back to sleep. He wanted me to lay with him and I told him I would, but only if we turned off his light (he prefers to sleep with the light on). He agreed at first, but then told me to leave. He wanted the light on. That was fine by me, I'd much rather sleep in our own bed, but it was hard for me to fall back asleep. Took Lochlan a little while, too, so I kept hearing him make the odd noise here or there. I guess he finally fell back asleep around 3:30am, and I think I did too, but then he woke up at 5:30am.
