Making the most of the blistering sunshine ☀!
I am a big fan of Wim Hof. He's known as The Iceman. Fearless when it comes to exposure to the cold. Cold water, in particular.
Now, I can't claim to be exposing myself to extreme cold water at the time of a European heatwave, but the sea water in Anglesey, North Wales 🏴 is bloody cold (still)!
It's been good to get in the sea to get involved in some sea swimming at this time of year. Sure beats sitting in front of the TV!
Are you getting out into the fresh air and ideally into the sea for some refreshing swimming?

Nah! I don't like the sea here in the UK, but I do take a dip if I'm say, in the canaries for instance.
I have been working for the last two days at Gatwick airport believe it or not!
