Bogotá es una ciudad magnífica, con mil cosas por hacer y en este caso la actividad del día fue visitar el museo del oro...

Nuestra visita la realizamos un día domingo y fue totalmente gratis, sus medidas de seguridad son bastante rigurosas desde el momento de la entrada y por supuesto en este lugar también se toman las medidas de bioseguridad con bastante responsabilidad.
Our visit was on a Sunday and it was totally free, their security measures are quite rigorous from the moment of entry and of course in this place they also take biosecurity measures with great responsibility.
En el museo no solo encontramos piezas de oro sino también piezas de varios tipos de metales y de cerámica, piezas increíbles, cuentan con unos detalles maravillosos, pero basta de palabras, comiencen a juzgar por ustedes mismos...

Por más pequeños o grandes que fueran la piezas que conforman el museo, todas sin execpción alguna cuentan con información sobre ellas.

El museo cuenta con unos espacios increíbles, dispuestos a educarnos y culturizaros al máximo, enseñandonos acerca de culturas y muchas cosas más...

En esta visita pudimos conocer acerca de la famosa leyenda de El Dorado, la cual nos habla de una ciudad legendaria en la que todo era hecho de oro y era tanto su amor por este metal, que su rey se cubría de polvo de oro para brillar y realizar ofrendas de oro (obviamente), en una laguna sagrada. Los exploradores y conquistadores nunca encontraron la totalidad de las cosas que allí pudieron haber existido pero sí han logrado recuperar varias de ellas, la reliquia que mejor representa esto es una balsa muisca de oro, la cual podemos apreciar en este museo, es pequeña, la precisión de sus detalles es impresionante, es realmente hermosa.
In this visit we learned about the famous legend of El Dorado, which tells of a legendary city in which everything was made of gold and was so much love for this metal, that its king was covered with gold dust to shine and make offerings of gold (obviously), in a sacred lagoon. The explorers and conquerors never found all the things that could have existed there but they have managed to recover several of them, the relic that best represents this is a Muisca gold raft, which we can appreciate in this museum, it is small, the precision of its details is impressive, it is really beautiful.

Bogotá es un sitio repleto de lugares maravillosos por conocer y este sin duda es uno de ellos, así que si visitas esta ciudad, no olvides darte un paseo por el museo de oro, te aseguro no te arrepentirás.

This seems like a nice museum to visit. I recall visiting so many museums with very rare species collected. Maybe I can share some experiences with the post someday :)

La verdad, es que ir a Bogotá y no visitar el Museo del Oro sería imperdonable.

Hermoso post! Super interesante, espero un día poder vivitar este museo yo mismo y poder hacer un post acerca de mi experiencia. Es increíble la riqueza cultura de nuestros hermanos colombianos. Lastima que aquí en Venezuela no podamos tener un museo así, ya lo hubieran desvalijado.
