Purslane Salad 🌿🥗 Healthy Recipe 🍴
Purslane is the plant that I met thanks to my dietitian when I was still in high school. I was a little fed up with consuming too much at that time and I hadn't consumed it for a long time. Recently, while I was wandering around the market, I saw the semitot and wanted to eat it again, and I prepared it in my favorite way. 1 bunch purslane
1 Bowl of Yogurt
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

First of all, I thoroughly washed the purslane and dried it. Since the parts needed for the salad will be leaves, I separated the leaves from the branches.
After separating the leaves of the purslane, I put them in a deep bowl. As a second step, I started to prepare the dressing for the salad. In a separate bowl, I added yogurt, garlic, salt and olive oil.
I mixed the ingredients until they were well mixed with each other.
Then I combined the sauce I prepared with purslane. I mixed it well again and now our salad is ready!
My salad will go very well with pasta. Purslane has a slightly sour taste. When combined with yogurt sauce, it achieves a very delicious result.
