Chicken Pasta Salad 🌽🍝 Yoghurt and Vegetables 👩‍🍳

Hello.

I haven't been around for a while, I have some work at home. It's still going on but I wanted to say HELLO as I miss sharing something here. I wanted to do this with a recipe that I love for you. As a pasta lover, I am proud to share this recipe.

Requirements;

300gr Chicken Breast
1 Pack of Bead Pasta
7 Spoons of Yogurt
7 Spoons of Mayonnaise
1 Cup Garnish (peas, carrots, potatoes)
7 Pieces Pickled Cucumbers
1 Cup of Boiled Corn
Half Bunch Parsley
Half Bunch of Dill
Salt

Boil the pasta, chicken breast and side dish. Garnish is sold in ready-made markets, but if you can't find it, you can prepare it yourself. Chop the potatoes and carrots into small cubes, add peas and boil the three ingredients and cook. After the pasta and vegetables are cooked, drain and leave to cool.

After the chicken has cooled, cut it into pieces.

On the other hand, finely chop the parsley and dill. I love to use parsley and dill in my meals, so I chopped them a little more. You can adjust it for yourself.

I prepared the sauce in a deep bowl. I added the yoghurt and the same amount of mayonnaise to the bowl and whisked until it became homogeneous.

After the pasta got cold, I poured the greens and pasta into a deep mixing bowl and mixed them well.

Finally, I added the salt, yogurt and mayonnaise mixture. Now our pasta with sauce is ready!

In terms of being easy and practical, it is a recipe that I make constantly during the summer season. I hope you like it after you experience it and share your opinions with me here.

You can add sausage instead of chicken if you wish. Sometimes I add sausages instead of chicken by cutting them into small pieces. You can change the ingredients in it according to your own taste.
