Many people feel cooking is child's play, but take my words even cutting an ONION is like climbing up a stiff MOUNTAIN. People who think cutting an Onion is just like chopping it into small pieces with knife, must be aware that it make you cry, make your eye reddish. It is not as easy as you think.

I remember, earlier whenever I cooked I always asked someone in my home to do Onion cutting job for me, but when you have FIRE in belly and don't left with any option and don't have anyone around, you have to pull up SOCKS to get into the warzone.

At first I was hesitant, but situation does allow us to make best of the time and moment. And simply this time it does to me.
Due to certain unwanted situation I was suppose to do cooking for a whole week for me and for my ailing Dad. That was suppose to be a stiff task, as I never been to Kitchen for full time. In begining,I faced problems, but slowly, I start to adapt and finally I had FEATHER in the cap of cooking all kind of Indian home food, including Chappati, Spicy soup, Indian mix veg and many other. And now I can say I am a full time cook.
