Bustling days ahead, Street of India.

Haridwar is quite famous for its pligrimiage location. People from across India visit this place once to take a holy dip. The place is famous for its Ganga river and the ghats where they take the holy dip. In the early hours there are so much rush that one can find find devotees jostling to get ahead of another. Last wednesdsy I shared little glimpses from the ghat area. Todsy will share the other aspect of the same place, where people can be seen bustling to start the day for their livlihood. I will take you on a small walk towards the street side from the ghats area.

Any pligrimiage location, in India happens to be a good market place. Anyone who visit the places wanted to take something along as a souvenir. Also such places happens to be a good earning source for the local people who provide different services and in return earn handsomely. These shops cater to different needs of the visitors, they have hotels, restaurants, tea stalls, shops, and many other things. Someday, it is quite tough to cross through tye place. But our expernce was little different. It was an empty road with hardly people on the road.

It was an early hours, so finding any people on road is very rare. You can imagine the situation that where, people find it walking, our e-ricksaw zoom pass the place in no time. But there are few people on the road who were starting their day. Early hours in such places means tea and breakfast time. So you may find many stalls catering the visitors needs. Especially a tea stall has always been in high demand, and this guy is making sure to set up tea stall as soon as possible.

And on the other hand, the other guy is making sure to have their breakfast stall ready to serve. Certainly tourism alwsys helps in the development of the place. This is evident from the way how the tourism allows people to earn their livlihood.
The most common sight that you may find at Haridwar are the floating lamps with flower. People consider them auspicious the local people make sure to fulfill the demands. Not only in ghats, such lamps can be seen selling outside on the street

They wanted to get to the customer at first, that is why they were on street approaching the ghats. Though such things can be seen at the ghats side too. As it was early morning hours, we unable to find people. Few of the shops, were opening up, while the road side vendors were prepairing to start their day.

When you don't find people, you may end up finding animals on the streets. Stray dogs are very common and you can see them everywhere. Resting or picking up theor meals from garbage.

As the days progressed, we started to find ourself in midst of chaos. The same streets started to bustling. Cars, bikes, Rickshaw slowly started covering the road. When it was impossible to walk, we started to look out for some safe heaven. To get ourself out of the rush.

It does not take too long to see how the streets transform themselves into a bustling place. The situation remains till late mid night and then again the place gets covered with unknown piece of silence. Till the early hours, and again the life get back to the daily routine. The life cycle that continues non stop. This is #wednesdaywalk for @tattoodjay

Peace!!

Namaste #steemflow

Whenever I go to Mazaar I have witnessed these kind of things. Those places are also a source of earning for the local people. There I always find books stalls, flowers stalls, food and many more. It's true that whenever we stroll in early hours we will find animals on the streets. Even our home is full of animals 😂stray cats n dogs.
