A Quick Short Road Trip on @wednesdaywalk
What more fascinating about Indian road trip is the number of road side eateries you will find on your way. This eateries called Dhaba which is kind of abondoned during day, is usually lits up with many lights at night. And we stopped at one such place to have our meal. This spot is quite famous considering it is famous for small fish and it derives its name from it Jhinga Line Hotel
To talk more about this line hotel, let me take you on theb#wednesdsywalk infact it would say a short drive.
On a hot sunny afternoon, me and my brother decided to hit on the road. It was a quick plan that took us for a ride. With no proper planning we were on the road going no where.
Passing through different vehicles and scenic natural besuty. It was a pleasant journey as we were enjoying some Chilled Beer on the way to beat the heat, which water unable to do so. Driving the highway with Chilled beer is quite enjoyable.
On the way, we stopped at many places to take a short break. We were actually no where. In one such stoppages, I was quite fascinated by this tree on the road side. As you will see, it branches spread in unique way. I like the tree set up. A wild tree with a differrnt look.
By evening, we reached to one of the ashram nearby. It was a renowned Ashram for Mahavir diety and is well maintained. It was spread in big area and have a huge courtyard.
In middle of the courtyard, a tall minaret was built to honor the Mahavir diety. It was white in colour buy well lit up. Infact it was quite a centre point of the courtyard. It was well dressed with green park along side.
The main part of thr minaret was the sculpture of Mahavir diety that was built at the centre and well decorated with some fancy light up.
The best part of these ashram is that you will get a good meal at very cheap prices. As these were run by a trust board. The maintenance cost was not much. Even the food quality and quantity is too good and it was served very delicately.
On way back to home, it was too late. And we were stopped at the Jhinga Line Hotel. It was the usual road side eateries that Carter the need for the lo g route vehicles. Usually transport trucks. These hotel operates 24 hours. But usually get busy during night time.
This particular hotel is famous for its fried fish. And is well decorated with a roadies jeep.
This is really fascinating. After spending some cool time with fish and beer, we moved straight to home. It was too late but was a good short outing for a quick changeover.

In Borneo, we also have a lot of stalls on the roadside. Part of the fun is trying out the variety of food available at these stalls.
