Hi guys, good night & have a good rest from the tiring activities throughout the day you have lived, yeah of course hope you close the day with love ❤️

Today I will share my contribute to #fungifriday hosted by @ewkaw

This is my first post in the #fungfriday community, hoping for a warm welcome, and of course I've prepared some special mushroom portraits that I've captured for all of our viewers.

for this opportunity I only share some portraits of "schizophyllaceae" mushrooms that grow on a rotting tamarind stalk, these mushrooms usually grow on burn scars in the rainy season, these mushrooms will show amazing beauty because of the way they grow together in large quantities, at a glance the mushrooms it will look like a sprinkling of stars in the night sky, that's more or less the beauty that can be enjoyed from this mushroom.

as we know in general that mushrooms are only easy to grow on rotten wood but there are also some that grow on dry leaves, it's just that what is easy to find is only those that grow on rotten wood, while the mushrooms that I share with you today are few unique when compared to other types of mushrooms in general, this fungus only grows on burnt wood, you can never find this fungus growing on wood without being burned, meaning if you want to grow this type of fungus around you then you just have to look for it. hard wood (tamarind one) then you burn and leave the wood for days in the open, at least the next 20 days you will start to find this fungus growing there.

here are some potraits of "schizophyllaceae" mushrooms that I have captured for you;

If you find this type of mushroom growing around you, then I don't recommend you to consume it, so far I don't know whether this mushroom is safe for consumption or not, so if you want to consume it please look for related sources first so you don't experience problems health due to consumption of mushrooms.

otherwise if you want to look for these mushrooms for photography collections, then you can look for hard trees that have been burned, looking in the rainy season is the best solution, they will be there for you.

thank you very much for visiting my blog that's some mushroom potraits for my first post in this community, enjoy & see you in the next post with a different potraits.
