IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A STRONG WE's || WHAT ARE WE'S
Yesterday, I watched a short clip speaking about the importance of we's and I was like, what does the speaker mean by WE'S. Then I got realize his meaning of we's was about one's circle. It could be any form of a circle you may be in. It really does have a certain influence on our life directly or indirectly.

Two days ago, I wrote a post about how our circle has a certain influence on our passion but it also goes way beyond our passion but through life itself. Whenever we are in a struggle and about to fall, who would hold us up? definitely, our circle.

So how strong is your circle? are you surrounded by people who can't hold you when you fall or do you even have a circle at all? do your circle has similar goals as you do? if not, then you are in the wrong circle. You need to have something that connects you all together, where you know they are the right people to meet in times of certain situations.

I don't know but I feel I am lucky to have the right circle of friends for mostly every section of my life. The most interesting thing about it is that we have quite a lot of things in common so I pretty much have similar people to meet with when in need.

But how does this circle thing works anyway? You should know that having a circle is not always about yourself but about everyone. The problem of one is the problem of all. We all work for the growth of each other and we try to assist ourselves depending on what our circle is built upon.

Building a strong and great WE'S (circle) starts with you as an individual. Do you only care about your personal success or do care about the people you have around. From what I have learned in life; caring for others in a way influences ourselves. You can not care for only yourself and expect others to do the same for you. It is almost similar to saying the way you dress, is the way others would address you.

Having a strong WE'S means you have people you can rely on and trust. It means that whatever you do, you have to put others in the picture before taking the shot.
It takes trust, risk, loss, understanding, knowledge, tolerance, effort and sacrifice to build a strong circle.
Building a strong circle is really important for our survival, in fact, I can say to some extent that your circle determines how long you will stay alive.
Reading this from you felt like it was directed to me in particular, I saw a movie yesterday and it was just all about having a strong WE'S (circle) and I learned all these things I've said here from the movie. I just hope many starts seeing the importance of having a strong circle.
There is one thing we need to know, in a circle never feel you are less important or the most important one, it can break the circle, always treat others the way you want to be treated, it will help the circle to be unbreakable.

Yeah, it's best that we put ourselves in other people's shoes to know where it hurts before we make our decisions.
I didn't even need to have a rethink to understand what the WE's meant. I guess it's quite easy for me to decipher.

About circles of friends? I am not sure how much or what number can be accepted as a circle but I do know I have a few but great friends who wouldn't stand and watch me fall in some way and even if I do, they will pick me up again cause this is truly what friendship should be.
My circle is very small and I keep it that way cause I am one person that hates dramas in life.
But whatever be the case, no man is an island and we certainly need the WE's to go far in life.

Yeah, keeping a little number of circle is very fine by me. The number of people in my circle depends on what brings us together. For instances, My Circle for hiveans in school is very large but my study group is just 4 people.

Well, I do perfectly understand what building a strong We's means from your context. You see, people should be over so many things in our life. Not just every people but a strong circle of people who have similar vision and goals as we do.
What does it take to build a strong circle? Of course, if you don't have one, you, first of all, know the kind of people you want in your circle and establish them.
It takes commitment, understanding, sacrifice - sacrifice because you don't have to think only about how to succeed alone but think in diverse areas about how everyone in your circle will succeed together. You need their push and they need yours to succeed. Follow up on them regularly, this will surely facilitate results.
The importance of building a strong circle is simple, it creates room to achieve a faster result, new ideas of success will keep unfolding from any of your circles and that is a win-win for everyone.

Having a strong WE'S (circle) is about surrounding yourselves with people with liked minds, having a one to rely on, not being a pest to them or them being a pest you, people who can encourage you, support you and you also encourage them and support them. For one to build a WE'S, you have to position yourself in the right direction where you'll be found and also find your WE'S. Treat others the way you want to be treated, pray for others the way you want them to pray for you, having meaningful conversations with your circle that way you'll be sure you're in the right place. Like the saying birds of thesame feathers flocks around
