Teemu Suninen tested Hyundai i20 Rally1 yesterday

I wrote a few days ago that Finn Teemu Suninen is the strongest candidate for emty seat at Hyundai works team and now we have some evidence about that story.

Yeah, Suninen tested their hybrid Hyundai i20 Rally1 car in Finland, close to their testing headquarters. The thing is that their long term driver Dani Sordo doesn't want to drive a full season program, especially super fast rallies like WRC Finland or Estonia so they need someone to step in and drive there.

Suninen has lots of experience in the top category but almost nothing in the hybrid Rally1 class which came after he stepped into the lower WRC2 category.

OK, he did one test with team last season but this time it seems that this is for real because he tested on tge roads quite similar to the onec can be found at Fiinish round of the World Rally Championship.
