Onboard rally video of the day - M. Sesks with Škoda Fabia Rally2 at ERC Rally Liepaja 2022

Hi, friends!

We have a new European Rally Championship winner for the first time in his career and his name is Martins Sesks and he comes from Latvia, the home of the latest round of ERC called Rally Liepaja.

This youngster obviously knows the roads of his home rally like his pocket so he won all the special stages - from first to the last! I don't remember who did this in the international rallying and I follow this sport for around thirty years.

Martins Sesks finished 3rd last season in the Junior World Rally Championship so the obvious choice was to try somewhere else after a few seasons in JWRC.

And he chose well because some results started to come. And for his home round he got the sponsorship from Indian tyre company called MRF Tyres just to drive something better - Škoda Fabia Rally2.

We have an onboard from the rally where you can see his commitment which is something very important in the world of rallying.
