BREAKING NEWS: Gryazin lost ERC Rally Hungary 2021 win on the green table, Mads Ostberg is new winner

Regulations are the part of any sport and rallying has it's own. I remember 19 years ago, on my 2nd rally, I entered only 1m into the time control, and the driver behind me told that to the stewards who gave me one minute penalty because of this.
If you jump start, that means 10s penalty. If you enter one minute earlier into the time control. that's one minute penalty. If you are late one minute into the time control, that's 10s penalty. For every minute late into the time control, it is 10s penalty.
The maximum minutes you can be late at the time control is the 15 minutes. After that you are disqualified. The rules are rules and it's not everything about driving if you thought that way.
There is a rule I didn't know for it and that's only because I was never in the situation to know it. If you don't stop to help the crew who had a shunt, that's 15 minutes penalty.
Hungarian Norbert Herczig had a bad accident where his co-driver Ferencz Ramon broke two ribs and they didn't put any sign on the car (OK or SOS) so that means that the next crew has to stop on the wreckage and to help the wrecked crew.
Nikolay Gryazin didn't stop and because of that he was penalized with 15 minutes penalty which put him in 24th place. That's bad but the rules are rules.
That way Mads Ostberg took the win of this year's ERC Rally Hungary and he can be happy because that rally is one of the most beautiful in the series and I would be very happy to start it some day.
Rules are rules and we must drive according to them. I am pretty sure that Gryazin would stop if there was SOS sign on the car because he had really tough accidents in his career.
At the end of this video we can see how Herczig just slows the Gryazin's car and not stopping him...
