Blast from the past - Rally kit cars from '90s

Hi, friends!

I always liked sound of atmospheric engines in the rally cars which revved up to 9000rpm. It was just a beautiful sound from the long distance.

These cars were much more difficult to drive because technique wasn't that much advanced as it is today. Engineers develop all kinds of engines, suspension and transmission and I can see how much easier is to drive a rally car from 2020s then the car from late 2000s.

Yeah, my Clio Rally5 is from 2020 and Citroen C2 R2 Max was from 2009. It is just a big difference

Also my ex-rally car Citroen was revving up to 7800rpm and it was really screaming. What to say then to these monsters like Citroen Xsara kit car, Seat ibiza F2, Peugeot 306 Maxi etc, which revved up to 9000rpm and were machines capable of winning because these cars were lighter for 280kg then the top class WRC cars from that era.

Here is the video to enjoy... :)
