Hola mi gente hermosa de la comunidad de damas, espero que está semana este llena de buenas vibras para todas, como siempre he dicho, amo las preguntas de cada semana porque me recuerdan mucho un juego que solíamos hacer antes en la adolescencia, sin redes sociales, a este juego le decíamos "chismografo", eran unos cuadernos que se usaban a principio del año 2000 tenían 1 pregunta por hoja y las respondían las personas que querían, pasaba por manos de todo el salón, eran buenos momentos, ese era el Facebook, pero en persona buena para comenzar con la pregunta de la semana #57, yo por acá ya comienzo con la respuesta de mis preguntas.

What are my nightly rituals just before bedtime?

Para empezar les cuento que mi esposo y yo, todos los días nos dormimos a las 2 am aproximadamente, y 30 minutos previamente de dormir empiezo primero a recoger todo lo que está por el suelo, lleno las jarras de la nevera, me cepillo con la bebé y mi esposo mientras hacemos muecas, me baño a esas horas de la madrugada, yo necesito ducharme antes de dormir, me gusta dormir fresca y limpia, vemos The Big Bang Theory, nos damos muchos besos antes de dormir, porque la bebé nos da muchos besos.

To start I tell you that my husband and I, every day we go to sleep at 2 am approximately, and 30 minutes before going to sleep I start first to pick up everything that is on the floor, I fill the fridge jars, I brush with the baby and my husband while we make faces, I take a bath at that time of the morning, I need to shower before going to sleep, I like to sleep fresh and clean, we watch The Big Bang Theory, we give each other lots of kisses before going to sleep, because the baby gives us lots of kisses.

La parte que más amo es la noche de verdad que antes de terminar siempre doy gracias, porque fue un buen día, nos llenamos de amor, no nos faltó la comida, todos estamos sanos y lo más importante estamos juntos así que para mí la palabra familia, salud y amor las tengo presente a cada momento, soy feliz y no sé en qué parte del mundo tú te encuentres o que dan diferente sea tu cultura, pero para mí lo mejor del mundo es darle mucho amor a mi esposo y a mi bebé antes de dormir, nos reímos tanto que a veces los escucho reírse dormidos y me llena de amor, saber que ellos disfrutan tanto como yo esto.

The part that I love the most is the night, I always give thanks before it ends, because it was a good day, we were filled with love, we did not lack food, we are all healthy and most importantly we are together so for me the word family, health and love are present at every moment, I am happy and I don't know where in the world you are or how different your culture is, but for me the best thing in the world is to give lots of love to my husband and my baby before going to sleep, we laugh so much that sometimes I hear them laughing in their sleep and it fills me with love to know that they enjoy this as much as I do.

Mi foto principal es un collage de fotos familiares, como antes mencione amo profundamente a mi familia y siempre pienso en ellos en lo que hacen y cómo se sienten, no cambio mi foto casi nunca.

My main photo is a collage of family photos, as I mentioned before I love my family deeply and I always think about them in what they do and how they feel, I don't change my photo almost never.
