Pero sé que establecer límites saludables en el uso de la tecnología se convierte en una tarea crucial para nosotros como padres, no se trata de demonizar la tecnología, de hecho en mi casa vivimos gracias a la tecnología, pero en los hogares se debe encontrar un equilibrio que fomente un desarrollo integral.

But I know that setting healthy limits on the use of technology becomes a crucial task for us as parents, it is not about demonizing technology, in fact in my house we live thanks to technology, but in homes we must find a balance that promotes a comprehensive development.
Manteniendo un diálogo abierto con nuestros hijos sobre el mundo digital que es tan es esencial, aprender sobre las aplicaciones que utilizan, los juegos que juegan y las plataformas que exploran, ya que al estar pendientes nos permite guiarlos de manera más efectiva, la comunicación abierta crea un espacio donde los niños se sienten cómodos compartiendo sus experiencias en línea, como un mismo ambiente donde todos comparten sin secretos, en mi caso tenemos un cuarto donde están las computadoras y es nuestro espacio para compartir.

Keeping an open dialogue with our children about the digital world that is so is essential, learn about the applications they use, the games they play and the platforms they explore, as being aware allows us to guide them more effectively, open communication creates a space where children feel comfortable sharing their experiences online, as the same environment where everyone shares without secrets, in my case we have a room where the computers are and it is our space to share.
And is that the best way to teach our children about the responsible use of technology, which is a powerful tool, from the importance of online privacy to the critical evaluation of content, provide them with the necessary skills to navigate the digital world safely, let's not forget the importance of off-screen activities.
