Our wayward princess
Yesterday was an unusually warm day. Probably the last warm day of the year. Well, I couldn't have wished for better weather for the beginning of December.
It was warm, but there was a strong wind that brought thick clouds which made the sky at sunset amazing. So, I went out of the house to take some pictures of the sunset. And then she came...😻, my faithful dog.
To check what I was doing.
To leave her hairs on my pants.
And to keep me busy with her, preventing me from taking pictures.
I call her my faithful dog, because she's the one that always accompanies me while I'm out on the street. Whatever the reason.
But at the same time she is a completely independent and wayward cat and I don't even know where she came from yesterday and how she found out that I am where I was.
So, she came, prevented me from taking all the pictures I wanted to take, she didn't allow me to take pictures of her either.
(Oh, she sometimes lets me take pictures of her, but mostly when she's asleep.)
You see the bad result of my attempts to shoot her.
She did her job. And then she went away....Hm, cats 😻

Soul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you. |
😂 Why didn't you have her pose with the sunset? That would have been perfect!
Because she didn't want to pose for me that day - you see the result of my attempts to photograph her. Besides, I had to squat to take a picture of her with the sunset, and that was also difficult with the things I carried - a camera and so on...It was really impossible 🙂
I'm sorry that I missed this post when I could still vote on it! That's a lovely cat.
I'll put a vote on your previous comment.
That's very kind! Thank you very much 😊🌷
