A Soul Food Thai Curry

We cooked a green Thai Curry with Wild Broccoli, Carrots, Fennel, Broccoli and Oyster Mushrooms. Served with Quinoa and a Smokey Cashew Sauce, one can have the Menu with either a Salad or a Pumpkin-Carrot Soup.

Served with a glas of Homemade Kombucha, we put in a lot of love for our menu today.

Our Pumpkin-Carrot Soup for the seasonal transition could be swapped with a fresh Salad for this sunny day.

The taste of Wild Broccoli, Fennel, Carrots and Oyster Mushrooms is accompanied with a Smokey Cashew Sauce with a tangy and slightly sour flavour.

Our Salad Sauce had a mustardy taste with a nutty touch of some high quality Pumpkin Seed Oil and contains Apples, Cucumbers, Carrots and much more...

In Addition we had an excellent Homemade Gluten Free Bread that @baba-jaga made, served with the Soup .
