Hamburguesa de Croqueta de Carne, Tocineta y Pepinillos / Meat Croquette, Bacon and Pickle Burger (ESP-ENG)

Hola comunidad de Hive! En esta oportunidad quiero compartirles el almuerzo de hoy domingo que preparé para mis hijos y hoy tenía una invitada muy especial mi madre.
Es una receta fácil, practica que podemos hacer en nuestra casa y les aseguro que todos los comensales quedan satisfechos.

It is an easy recipe, practice that we can make at home and I assure you that all diners are satisfied.

Receta para 4 Personas.

Recipe for 4 People.

Ingredientes:

  • 600 gr de Carne de res molida
  • 2 tomates
  • 1 cebolla de cabeza
  • Lechuga
  • Papas tipo cabello de angel
  • 4 panes whopper
  • 4 lonjas de queso mozzarella
  • Tocineta
  • Pepinillos
  • Salsa de mayonesa, mostaza, ketchum y BBQ

Ingredients:

  • 600 gr of ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion head
  • Lettuce
  • Angel hair type potatoes
  • 4 whopper loaves
  • 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • Bacon
  • Pickles
  • Mayonnaise, mustard, ketchum and BBQ sauce

Preparación:

Previamente en un bol se prepara la carne, con vegetales, sal, ajo y no puede faltar el pan rayado para darle un toque crujiente y un huevo para que la croqueta quedé cremosa y se pueda moldear más fácilmente. Una vez preparada la carne se procede hacer 4 bolitas de 150 gr cada una y se le dan la forma circular.
Se colocan en la sartén a fuego medio el tiempo de cocción depende del punto que deseas la carne, en este caso nos gusta bien cocidas.

Preparation:

Previously, the meat is prepared in a bowl, with vegetables, salt, garlic and you cannot miss the striped bread to give it a crunchy touch and an egg so that the croquette is creamy and can be molded more easily. Once the meat is prepared, 4 balls of 150 gr each are made and they are given a circular shape.
They are placed in the pan over medium heat, the cooking time depends on the point you want the meat, in this case we like it well cooked.

Se colocan las lonjas de tocineta en la sartén para darles un toque crujiente

Una vez cocidas las croquetas se le coloca el queso mozzarella encina de la carne y las de tocineta.
En el momento que se estén cocinando las croquetas se pica en rodajas el tomate y la cebolla, previamente lavados. El pan lo colocamos en la sartén para darles un toque de crujiente y empezamos a armar las hamburguesas.Se colocan en el pan las salsas.

Once the croquettes are cooked, the oak mozzarella cheese is placed on the meat and the bacon cheese.
When the croquettes are cooking, the tomato and onion, previously washed, are cut into slices. We place the bread in the pan to give them a touch of crunch and we begin to assemble the hamburgers. The sauces are placed on the bread.

Seguidamente se hace una cama con la lechuga, las rodajas de tomate, las rodajas de cebolla y las papas.

Next, a bed is made with the lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, and potatoes.

Como siguiente paso se coloca la proteína encima los pepinillos y se le coloca la BBQ en forma de espiral desde la base del pan.

De esta forma práctica se tendrá un exquisito plato que harán una explosión de sabores en nuestra boca.
