Joining Radaquest Art competition!

Hello guys, I hope you guys are having a great weekend. This week I decided to make an artwork for the @radaquest art competition!

I have been wanting to participate in this competition for a while now and so far I saw all the beautiful entries from our amazing artists on hive. Their works gave me inspiration to join this contest today so thank you guys. I also had a bit of confusion while creating the wallet and the finding the exact name of the wallet. I'm still not sure 😅.(Update: figured it out 😃)

Anyway this is their contest link and these are the cards. We just have to follow the instructions on the guide and pick a card to draw from the link above. I scrolled through some cards until I saw Rysun. I liked her character design especially her scythe hehe. That generated an idea in my mind instantly. The idea was to make an artwork of her coming out of a portal behind her with the power of dark energy coming from her scythe. I had this idea about painting her scythe in a way that it looks like it's spining on both ends so that it makes it look like the spining motion is causing the portal formation. Now that the idea was fully formed, all I needed was a reference for the pose and I found one from here and made a rough sketch out of it and drew our Rysun in that pose. This is how it came out :)
