Journaling.

I started journaling in 2017, and I didn't really have the understanding until 2025. Do you know that journaling has been part of my life and makes me feel purposeful daily? So one thing that I cherish so much is my diary. I have different diaries for different purposes, so if I actually want to give out something, I will give my new diary out to someone because I cherish it so much, and this particular diary is a gift. I'll give it out to someone not because I really want to but because it is significant, so let me tell you what mental space this creates and the lightness it brings to each step or my next move.

I feel fulfilled each time I create and impact the life of someone. So many people don't know what journaling does. Writing expands our cognitive skills; it develops them to a healthy state of taking the right decisions and fuels inspiration with creative ideas when I look back at the things I wrote down years back and see them materialize. It stirs my heart up to help others push through a purpose-driven life when I see mostly young people not knowing how to go about their lives. This doesn't mean they don't have inspiration, but when inspiration comes, they don't document it. When you don't document inspiration, it flies away like a whirlwind and moves in another direction, leaving the fellow directionless because the person hasn't channeled it in the right direction. I'm not saying that if you journal without taking due action, your thoughts might likely be fruitless, but a journal is just to guide your thoughts in the right direction and not to allow you to miss the track on which you are driven.

So when I give out, it makes me feel I have raised another purpose-driven person, or more like a duplicate of myself.
